Chapter 21 Region Boss (Part 4)
Seraher and the others remain silent. They could feel the confidence in his voice, and once they did, they realized they could no longer accuse Raydon of being insane. As if that monster were the one who was insane enough to fight Raydon.
Raydon looked at Gary once more. \'\'Hey, berserk man. \'\'
Gary regarded Raydon and wondered why he kept addressing him in that way.
Raydon said sarcastically. \'\'That huge shield is not suitable for you. \'\'
Gary initially expressed surprise, and then a look of shame crossed his face.
\'\'Let me show you how to play a berserker class. \'\' Raydon\'s constant smile suddenly took on a sinister appearance.
He turned his head to look at the region boss, who became aware of their presence and began to move slowly.
His heartbeat quickened and was now so intense that Gary and the others could hear it clearly.
His white skin gradually turned red. His distorted smile was accompanied by steam that emanated from the spaces between his tightly closed teeth, giving the impression that he was starting to burn internally.
\'\'No way. \'\' In shock, Gary first slowed down gradually before coming to a complete stop as he watched Raydon.
Having just stopped running, Leas and Seraher approached Gary, and Leas enquired. \'\'Why does this skill resemble the one you previously used? I thought that only members of the Lionheart family possessed this skill.\'\'
As Leas questioned curiously, a sudden awareness flashed across her face, and she said, startled. \'\'I suppose this can\'t be a skill, right? He doesn\'t have any items at all. Is that his title ability? \'\'
\'\'No. It\'s not a skill or a title ability. \'\' Gary\'s body shook, and his voice quivered as he spoke. He is currently experiencing a shock that is beyond words.
\'How does this happen? Our family should have been the only ones to use this technique. How can he use it? \'
Raydon\'s heartbeat started to resemble a war drum calling for battle.
*Thump Thump*
*Thump Thump*
*Thump Thump*
\'No. This is not the technique that belongs to our family. \' Gary\'s body was shaking uncontrollably from the excitement he was experiencing, and he eventually fell to his knees.
\'\'Not even my grandfather could use this technique to this extent. \'\' He unconsciously muttered the words out of his mouth.
Leas and Seraher were at a loss for words as they realized the seriousness of the situation and soon started to observe the legendary battle that was about to take place in front of their eyes.
*GAAAARH*
Region Boss, now completely rooted out, roared at Raydon, who was closing in on itself.
It began throwing sticks using its skill as it raised its branchy hand.
When Raydon saw the sticks approaching him, he also roared in response to the creature and swung the massive sword he had previously barely been able to carry.
As the two monsters hailed each other with their roars, madness descended on the battlefield.
Raydon deflected all the sticks that came his way in one swing, taking advantage of the sword\'s width, and charged at the boss.
He expertly avoided the sticks that were still coming his way. His timing and reflexes, which were already excellent, were enhanced by his current form. He now possessed predatory instincts.
He reached the boss without suffering any injuries. He himself appeared childlike in comparison to the 2 and half-meter monster.
The Boss used his enormous, twig-like hand to attack Raydon. Despite its massive size, it didn\'t appear to move slowly at all, but Raydon was also at least twice as fast in this form as he had been before.
The great sword and the hand of the monster collided as Raydon swung the sword, which was almost as large as the boss\'s hand.
The impact threw the monster\'s hand back and briefly, caused it to lose its balance. Due to his height advantage and the support he received from the ground as the monster attacked from above, Raydon also only needed to take two steps back.
The attack had little effect on him now that he was equal to a level 10 full stamina build Item Holder and was using the berserker technique.
Raydon rolled over between the monster\'s legs and quickly positioned himself behind it as Region Boss struggled to regain its balance.
The Boss was still attempting to regain its balance when Raydon started to attack him from behind. He swung the sword faster each time, using the momentum he developed from the weight of the weapon. He smashed the creature\'s shield of bark with each strike, shattering a piece of it.
After the Boss regained its equilibrium, it waved its arm behind it in an attempt to strike him, but Raydon\'s sword again knocked it back.
Region Boss was unable to regain its balance as a result of the blows of his sword that rained down like a hurricane. Each time, he was slowly tearing apart a portion of the monster\'s body, as if pruning a tree.
\'\'What am I seeing? \'\' Leas found it difficult to believe what she was seeing to be real. She was unable to even follow Raydon\'s sword movements any longer. Raydon followed the monster\'s every move, acting as its shadow. Every time the monster made a move to attack Raydon, he was able to repel it with an excellent counterattack.
There was barely a second between each sword strike. All the blows followed each other like a perfect combo. It was as if Raydon had become one with his sword. Wherever the sword went, his body followed behind it as if the sword were an extension of him.
\'\'This is insane. He is forcing his body too much. \'\' Gary kept his attention on Raydon\'s body the entire time. He was the one who understood this technique the best.
Raydon\'s heart was beating so quickly that every vein in his body felt like rupturing. Blood was constantly dripping from the corners of his mouth, and his eyes were red. Even his stamina and his newly acquired regeneration skill clearly weren\'t sufficient for him to sustain this form for an extended period of time.
