Chapter 141 – Aren’s Idea (not Edited Yet)

Day 47

Aren slept for a day. After he woke up, the first thing he did was get a shower and freshen himself up before sitting down on the mattress and taking a deep breath as he took out the bloodline orb and the mystical cube known as Celestial Icho Prototype EZ-111.

Aren first looked at the bloodline orb.

[ Orb of Bloodline]-Soul bound to Aren.

-Type: Burning Crimson Red Dragon Bloodline.

-Effect: Once you push it through your chest, you will be transported to Burning Crimson Red Dragon Bloodline Zone to receive the bloodline and start your evolution.

These things were what general people could see, but Aren saw more.

-Note: Depending on your willpower and the result of the transformation, your species will evolve from human to one of these five. -Evolution: Dracowit, Half-Dragon, Full Dragon, Overdrive Dragon.

\'This can fix my problem, but…sigh, I really don\'t want to become bound to red dragons. Significantly with my suspicion on that situation,\' Aren thought and sighed, \'Rosflin\'s father should have been able to save others, but he didn\'t. Why?\'

Aren shook his head and put that question aside because it was of no use contemplating over it with the limited time he got.

He then looked at the Celestial Ichor Prototype EZ-111.

[Celestial Ichor Prototype EZ-111]

-Type: ???

-Rank: ???

-Effect: Reconstructs the entire body structure and adds two empty Celestial Ichor Gene slots into the body.

-Note: You have to put a drop of your blood, 100 Armalist force, and 100 soul energy into the cube to activate this cube. Once activated, it will enter inside you and start the process. Chance of dying: 50%-100%. If you are weak-willed, then don\'t court death by using this.

\'Reconstruct the entire body…,\' Aren thought and nodded, \'It should be able to fix my meridians or even make them better since the Type and Rank got questions marks, which usually means this item is above Legendary. However…\'

Aren looked at the chances of dying and wryly smiled, \'fifty to hundred perfect chance of dying. If I consider that gap due to willpower, then I should have enough willpower to take that chance to exact 50%. But that\'s it. The minimum is still a 50% chance of dying…sigh.\'

"Lower the chances," Aren muttered before he fell into thought for a few moments and suddenly jumped onto his feet.

"T-that…that should work," Aren mumbled, "If I can get 100 points in my luck, then I should be able to have a 0% chance of dying."

Aren got a superb idea, and as such, he put both items back into his inventory and left the inn before going deeper into the underworld city.

"What? How is he going to do that?" Tarrox asked with doubt, "don\'t tell me he is going to use that revolver to decrease his lifespan? But that would only be able to use that a few times given his current lifespan, and it wouldn\'t guarantee 100 point luck. Sigh…he should just use the bloodline orb."

"I don\'t know, but let\'s see," Lord shook her head and thought for a few seconds before her eyes lit up, \'I think I know what he is going to do to get 100 points in luck. If he is really going to do what I thought, then he should have a chance to get 100 points in luck.\'

Aren walked deeper into the underworld city while keep looking for a certain place.

\'There should be one here, definitely,\' Aren thought with determination as he continued walking all streets and big roads for thirty minutes before finally finding the place.

[Star Stealer Gambling Den]

He entered inside and saw that the place was very big with three floors, and there was a plank board at the entrance and all corners with a list of all gambling games.

"Welcome, dear guest. Before going on gambling, you must register yourself and get the Star Stealer card. The card will have the balance of your gold, and you must use the balance in that card to play here," a staff member approached Athan and spoke politely.

"Alright," Aren nodded as he went to the registration desk and registered himself.

"1 balance equal to 1 gold coin. How much balance would you like to deposit on the card?" the staff member behind the desk asked.

"20,000 gold coins," Aren said before he waited for the person to initiate the trade between the two.

Aren soon got a trade request, and he accepted it before a screen appeared in front of him with two panels. One panel had a card with 20,000 numbers card on it as they glowed mystically.

The other panel was empty, and Aren knew what he had to do as he added the gold coins from his inventory into that panel with a thought.

A pouch of gold coins was displayed in the panel with 20,000 gold coins written it.

Once that happened, the staff member smiled and accepted the trade. Aren did the same as two lights at the top of the panel turned green, and the trade was successful as Aren received the Star Stealer card inside his inventory.

"Happy gambling," said the staff member politely and smiled.

"Thanks," Aren nodded with a wry smile and left, \'I am not here to win gold though, sigh.\'

Aren checked out all the gambling games and settled on the last game that he checked on the third floor.

It was a stone-cutting gambling game.

However, the one thing that shocked him was the third floor.

When he passed through the third floor\'s door, or rather a big gate, he actually arrived at an open world! He felt some strange sensation when he passed through the gate but didn\'t pay any attention at that time since he was in a hurry, but that could likely be a portal gate or something.

He arrived in the middle of the stone-cutting gambling spot on this vast grassy land.

There were four big stands on four sides with large distances between them, while the middle section was the biggest and it was for stone cutting. There were many people cutting stones on large tables.

Aren felt that they had to make this gambling platform this largely due to its popularity.

There were many people here and lots of stones after all.
